Delivery is charged once per order, not per item.

Standard UK mainland delivery is one charge per order excluding VAT, and larger orders ship free. The current charge and the free delivery threshold are on our delivery page, which always shows what checkout charges.

Most decorated orders leave us within five working days of artwork approval. Larger runs and specialist garments can take longer — we will confirm a date once your proof is signed off.

Collection from our unit in Aldermaston is free. Choose collection at checkout and we will let you know by email or WhatsApp as soon as your order is ready.

School and club shop items are excluded from the free delivery threshold.
